One of the things that yoga teaches us is a balance between motion (doing) and stillness (resting). This balance plays an integral part of our self-care and wellbeing.
Motion & Stillness – A New Way of Living workshop will teach you how to embody the energies of yin and yang through different styles of yoga.
We will move through gentle Hatha flow to open and activate energy centres; learning how to use that style of yoga when we need to take action and do things.
We will then move into the energy of stillness and rest (yin) through slow and restorative types of Yoga (Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra).
Bring your water bottle, everything else will be provided: mats, bolsters, cushions and other props. The address will be given upon booking.
