Yoga Nidra is not just muscle relaxation, it’s a powerful state from which you can tap into your subconscious and release unhealthy habits, thought patterns; even heal your body and let go of stuck emotions.
Deep Release Yoga Nidra is a 3 hour session that will take you on a 3 part journey of deep release and healing:
1. Releasing Stuck Emotions: You’ll relax into hypnogogic state (deep relaxation) from which you’ll discover stuck emotions in your physical body in order to release them.
2. Forgiveness: You’ll be taken through a Protocol of Forgiveness through practice of Yoga Nidra. Forgiveness is necessary for our health. Without forgiveness you can’t be healed. When we forgive, we release our hurts, grow from it and change into better people.
3. WholeBeing Wellness: Guided Yoga Nidra to integrate the healing and create an optimal environment for wellbeing of your Body, Mind and Spirit after the deep release.
To support deep release and enhance healing and integration, the session will include live harp sound healing by Deborah K. Bates.
Mats, bolsters, cushions and other props are provided, all you need to bring is a water bottle. Exact address will be given upon booking.
