Hatha Flow is based on Traditional Hatha, with a touch of Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga, you will learn to move fluidly from one yoga pose to another in rhythm with your breath. Classes are dynamic and give you a great workout regardless of your fitness level.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of Yoga, with deep stretches held for longer periods of time than in other types of yoga.

Type of Yoga: Yin and Restorative Based
This class is all about taking things slowly and being gentle with yourself. Based on yin yoga and restorative practice, we use bolsters, blocks, cushions and blankets to support the body in a comfortable position whilst allowing deep stretches.
What ever tension we experience in the mind we also experience in the body. It’s then easy for an actual injury to occur as the surrounding area can go into spasm to protect the weak point. This can leave us even more emotional.
It’s important to find the time to relax the body. To quiet the mind is to help return to that place of trust and calm within.
This class is perfect after a busy week to stretch, restore and relax.
SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS. PROPS PROVIDED. PLEASE BRING A LARGE TOWEL TO PLACE OVER THE BOLSTER.
